Access to the Cartographer iOS app is available on request for certain surveys and workspaces. Request access and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to get you started.
Before You Begin
To install the Android app you will need:
- a mobile device running Android 8.1 Oreo or later;
- an email invitation from our team (request access here).
Installing the App
Step 1. Get the App from the Google Play Store
The Cartographer Android app is freely available on the Google Play store, but you will need an email invitation from our team to use it. If you have an invitation, click the badge below to download the app to your device:
You’ll be taken to the app’s page on the Google Play store. Make sure you’re logged in with your Google account, then click the Install button on the right to remotely install the app on your device:
If you have multiple Android devices, you may be asked which device you wish to install the app on. If you don’t see your device in the list, make sure you are logged in using the correct Google account:
Click Install to continue. The app should appear on your home screen within a few seconds:
Step 2. Open the App and Log In
When you open the app, you will be asked to log in. We recommend you do this in when you are on wifi. Use the same email address and password you use to accesss the Cartographer web site:
When you click Log in, the app will take a few seconds to download data from the Cartographer servers. Once complete, you should see a home screen containing a list of workspaces.
