What Android Device/OS are you are Using?

  1. Open the Settings app on your device:

  1. Tap on About device (sometimes listed as About):

  1. Share two pieces of information from this screen with our Support team:
    • the Model of your device;
    • the Android version you are on.

      • Please also share the colloquial name of your device (e.g. ”it’s a Samsung A330”):
