Subscriptions

Use of Cartographer requires a subscription. We offer paid and free plans. You can see full pricing information on our web site.

Subscriptions apply to workspaces, not individual user accounts. The price of a subscription varies based on the plan chosen and the number of users in the workspace. For example, a Standard Plan workspace containing 3 users costs £750 per year if paid for annually, or £75/month if paid for monthly.

Free Plan

Our free plan is suitable for individuals and small teams. It allows up to two users and doesn’t support data entry via our mobile app.

Free Trial

We offer a 12 month free trial for all new workspaces created for RCA training customers. This gives you time to evaluate Cartographer before selecting a plan.

Note that the free trial applies to your whole workspace, not to individual trainees. After the end of your initial 12 months, all new members (including subsequent trainees) will count towards your bill.
