Each integration's page has a set of options below the status panel. Change anything you like and click Save. Settings can be edited whether the integration is running or paused.
Integration Name
A friendly name for the integration. It's shown in the ArcGIS Integrations list and in notification emails.
Notification Email
A name and email address Cartographer uses to alert you when the integration runs into errors or needs reconnecting to ArcGIS. It's also the address used for the optional “resync finished” email (see Starting and Stopping Sync). Leave it blank for no notifications — though we recommend setting one so problems don't go unnoticed.
Survey Status Filter
Choose which survey statuses are included in the export (for example, only approved surveys). New integrations default to exporting approved surveys only. Tick the statuses you want to publish to ArcGIS.
Exporting only approved surveys is the safest choice for a public-facing or shared ArcGIS layer, since draft and rejected data stays out of it.
Team Filter
(Shown only if your workspace uses teams.) Choose whether to export data from All teams or Specific teams only. If you pick specific teams, tick the ones to include.
Custom Filter (optional)
For fine-grained control, you can add an ECQL expression to export only the features that match a condition. Leave it blank to export everything that passes the other filters.
- ECQL is a simple, readable filter syntax — for example
ultimateAnswer = "42". - See the ECQL reference for the full syntax.
The custom filter is an advanced option. An invalid expression can stop features being exported, so test changes and keep an eye on the status panel afterwards. Contact our support team to get help setting this up.
Saving
Click Save to apply your changes. If a setting isn't valid, the Save button stays disabled until you fix it.
